QA/QC Manager – Data Centre Project – Finland
An international contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities on a high-profile project in Finland.
This is a full-time, site-based position for a quality-focused professional with a strong background in construction and technical compliance, ideally within the mission-critical or large-scale industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project phases, ensuring alignment with international standards and client requirements.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reporting on quality performance, while proactively identifying and resolving non-conformances.
Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with construction, commissioning, and safety teams to ensure integrated, compliant delivery of services.
Coordinate third-party inspections and interface with client representatives during quality walkthroughs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process refinement across project teams.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC leadership in construction, preferably on data centre or high-spec builds.
In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, EN 50600, TIA 942, and European building compliance standards.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish or prior Nordics experience is a plus.
EU passport or valid right to work in Finland required.
